Các từ nối trong tiếng Anh

1. Từ nối trong tiếng Anh là gì?

Từ nối trong tiếng Anh (còn gọi là Linking words hay Transitions), được dùng để liên kết giữa các câu, giúp cả đoạn văn chặt chẽ hơn, mạch lạc hơn. Trong một câu hay đoạn văn, nếu như không có từ nối, chắc chắn những câu nói của bạn sẽ rất rời rạc và gây thiếu logic.

2. Phân loại các từ nối trong tiếng Anh

Tùy thuộc vào ngữ cảnh của câu mà từ nối được chia làm 3 loại chính:

• Tương liên từ: sử dụng để nối những từ, cụm từ hoặc mệnh đề ngang hàng nhau có cùng một chức năng.
• Liên từ phụ thuộc: dùng để nối giữa các mệnh đề khác nhau về chức năng.
• Từ chuyển ý: là sự kết hợp giữa liên từ và một từ khác, sử dụng để nối các mệnh đề độc lập trong cùng 1 câu, hay nối các câu trong cùng một đoạn văn.
